I am a NNA AND LSS certified Notary Signing Agent in New Jersey.   I cover cities within 100 miles of Piscataway, NJ.   I cover Middlesex county, Monmouth county, Somerset county, Union county, and Essex counties in New Jersey. I have experience with Residential and Commercial purchases as a Real Estate investor, as well as Refinances, HELOCs, Loan Modifications, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Applications, Structured and Debt Settlements, General Notarizations. I am fluent in Hindi, and Gujarati. I am currently studying to become a Mortgage Loan Originator, which helps me understand how to explain procedures to clients on how to fill out the Loan Signing paperwork, as well as show the clients where to look to find answers to their questions.  MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING SURE EVERY PAGE THAT NEEDS A SIGNATURE IS SIGNED BY THE CLIENT TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS RETURNED. MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING SURE EVERY PAGE THAT NEEDS A SIGNATURE IS SIGNED BY THE CLIENT TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS RETURNED. And to NEVER EVER: - Will I arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late - I will not print docs double-sided - I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs - I will scanback as requested - I will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4pm - I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise - I will notarize at the signing - I will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents
