I am able to complete various types of Real Estate transaction signings from Refi, VA Loans, HELOC, Applications, Loan Modifications, both Seller and Buyer side, process server, and much more. I also do Safety Deposit boxes for closing of banks and verifying information in the boxes to make sure everything all protocols are processed correctly.
