Hello, I have been a notary loan signing agent for over 5 years now and have done over 1,100 signings at this point, not just the few that shows in my profile. 

I am a graduate of the Loan Signing System and Notary to Pro and have many years of customer service. I am a small business owner several times over and understand that this is a customer service business. I can handle any type of signing including Reverse Apps and closings. These are actually my favorite as I have prior experience with elder care. 

I am detail oriented and always go over the docs again at the end of a signing to catch potential mistakes. I have a mobile scanner and can send scanbacks from the closing table.  I always read and follow instructions and always use a cardboard mailer inside a poly envelope. I also never ship docs from anywhere but a shipping center and always get a receipt which I upload as soon as possible to the notary platform.
