My name is Sandra Hutchison.  I am a commissioned Notary Public and an educated Loan Signing Agent in Woodland California conveniently located in Yolo County.  To ensure I am prepared to be the best, most educated signing agent possible, I have taken the time to build my education and my understanding of the real estate process and the important role a Notary Public plays as a Loan Signing Agent.  Although I am new and I haven't completed any signings yet, I have invested in my education which includes the Signing Agent course with the National Notary Association (NNA), the Loan Signing System (LSS), and Notary Stars to ensure a more comprehensive understanding of the role and responsibilities to be the best signing agent to represent you at the signing table.  In addition to the education, I have years of experience in reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.   In my previous career with the State of California as a manager in the Human Resources field, I was responsible for the processing of documents for completeness to ensure they would be processed without delay.  Additionally, I pride myself on my excellent customer service skills as I believe in treating every case as if it was my personal case.  With my years of experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information, I understand the importance of ensuring that information is carefully guarded.  If you are looking for a signing agent that will treat every loan signing with the utmost care and with dedication to guarantee there are no closing conditions that would cause a delay, I look forward to working with you.
