That is why I don’t miss any dates, initials, or signatures. I actually walk your borrowers through all the important docs: the closing statement, note, deed, and CD. I understand that I have to be impartial but not uneducated. Furthermore, I am LSS and NNA certified member and always make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan docs signing.  All the forms will come back filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds.
