I am a Loan Signing Agent who understands the importance of a complete signing and understands that errors causes everyone involved headaches. I am E&O insured and NNA certified. I am not picky about appointment times. I am available on weekends. I will actually walk your borrowers through all of the important doc: the closing statement, note, the deed and CD. I just don't shove the loan doc in front of any borrower.
