My name is Rose Grant. I am a Notary commissioned by the state of Florida. I serve the Polk, Osceola, Orange and Lake counties. I am NNA and LSS certified and carry a $1,000000 E/O Insurance policy. I know exactly how to guide a signer through a document, ensuring that all signatures are properly captured and dates correct. 

To date I have completed 200 error free signings including, refinance, reverse mortgage closing, reverse mortgage application, loan modification, purchase package, seller package , VA loan package, Home Equity Line Of Credit, Deed of Trust and Power of Attorney package.
