My name is Richard V. White and I am an experienced and highly rated Notary Signing agent working in the Dallas/Fort Worth area covering about eight different counties.   I am Fidelity Approved through Bancserv, certified by Notary Stars, Notary2Pro Elite Program and the NNA each year.   I am proficient in all Notary Signing Agent work, including refinances, reverse mortgages, commercial loans,  Buyer and Seller Docs, and general notary work.  I have successfully executed about 1300 signings and increasing rapidly.  Before I leave to do a signing, I carefully look the documents over and make sure everything is in order.  If there are problems, I call in and get everything straightened out ahead of time as much as possible so that the signing goes smoothly and more quickly.  I enjoy meeting and chatting a bit with the signers and try to mix in a little appropriate humor here and there to make it as enjoyable as possible for the signers.  But most of all, I do very careful and thorough work and would never leave the signing table without going back over each page again carefully before I leave to insure that my work is error free.  You can be assured that I will always behave and dress professionally and treat everyone with courtesy and consideration.  Please give me a call soon so that we can begin a mutually beneficial and pleasant working relationship.  Thank you!
