I have over 20 years of experience in business.  I am a Florida Notary Public, NSA, and online notary, and am background screened annually.  I enjoy helping others get their important documents signed in a timely manner and with accuracy.  I travel to your home or work.  I am available during the day 7 days a week and in the evening on the weekdays.  I am a member of the National Notary Association.  I am certified to handle all loan documents and trained in loan signing procedures.  I offer NSA and notary public services in person or remotely.  I specialize in real estate loan documents, but I also notarize trusts, power of attorney forms, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, acknowledgements and other personal, financial, or legal documents.  For non-loan documents, I am notarizing a couple dozen monthly online via Notarize.com.  I provide notary services all throughout Pasco County and in two cities in Pinellas: Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor. I guarantee the quality of my work.  I will do whatever I can to address any issues that arise and will help solve any problems to make sure closings go as smoothly as possible.
