Rebecca Magee

I am Rebecca Magee, the owner of Eye4detail Signings, LLC.   I'm a full-time notary signing Agent, specializing in Real Estate closings.  I spent a year working independently as a Notary Signing Agent, inside of a Title company, closing a variety of loan packages.   Although I cannot specify or count the number of closings I've completed.  I can say that the end of the month gave me an abundance of experience handling the following. (Real Estate Purchase/seller closing, Refinance, loan modifications, Power of Attorney, Letter of commencements).   I have experience with HELOCs, Loan applications, Reverse Mortgages, and commercial real estate closings.  Outside of working directly with Title, I have a great deal of experience in Automotive signings as well!  My vehicle is fully equipped with a mobile scanner, printer, and laptop. I currently service Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, and Wakulla counties.  I received my certification through National Notary Association (NNA)  including having my background screened.  I also received NSA training and certification through the Loan Signing System.   I am bonded with $100,000 E & O Insurance and RON Certified.   After all of my closings, It is the greatest pleasure seeing the smiles, comfort, and getting positive feedback from each customer.  I end my day knowing that I left a positive impression on someone!
