I  am certified from NNA and LSS with a current NNA background check.  I have a $10K bond and have $100K E&O insurance. I am detail oriented, professional and dependable. I will go the extra mile to get the signing done correctly so the loan is funded. I was a Realtor for 4 years and have had a Real Estate Investor business since 2016. I have good people skills and am very patient with Signers. I triple check all the documents for signatures, initials, dates, forms to be filled out and stamps.
