I'm verify meticulous when it comes to checking documents that require signatures, dates, initials, and stamps. I check each document multiple times, especially the Notice of Right to Cancel &  form 1003, to ensure that they are filled out correctly. I also pride myself on timeliness so I will make sure that I am on time for appointments and also get your documents back to you in a timely manner. The documents will be returned once the signing is complete and I will keep in communication with you throughout the entire process. In the rare event that I make a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and correct the issue expeditiously.  I am confident that your borrowers will have a great signing experience with me.
