I will Swear in my signers at the beginning of the signing and make sure all notarial acts are completed in accordance with the laws set forth upon my commission. I will present all documents to signers and refer to the Notary instructions for the contacts of interest should the signers have any questions outside of my role as a Notary. I will not step outside of my role as a Notary Public.

I serve Chester County in its entirety as well as Lancaster, Montgomery, and Delaware counties. Areas outside of these counties can be serviced with 48 hour notice for an additional fee. I am ready to provide the best closing service for you and your clients.
