Hi, My name is Priscilla Crain-Pearson, and I am Mobile Notary/Signing Agent. I cover Pierce county, Thurston county, and king county areas. I am certified thru the NNA and LSS. I'm licensed, insured and bonded In Washington state. I hold up to 100k in E&O insurance. I have plenty experience with the Loan documents such as Refinancing, Sellers and Buyer packages, Power of Attorneys documents, and loan Modifications and more. I have done over 110 signings, and have worked with some of the top Signing agencies and Title companies. Such as Snapdoc's, Service links, Signature Closer's and Prestige notary. I'm detailed, punctual, organized and very efficient in my work. I know the documents thru and thru. I take pride in walking the borrowers thru the documents. I follow instructions that are given and make drop offs on time. I'm flexible, dependable and I make it a priority that each signer knows what there signing, and are never pressured to sign.
