I have been a commissioned notary public for twenty-seven years, in the State of Georgia; I am knowledgeable of notary laws and rules. I have mortgage experience, pre-closing real property transactions, verifying information for accuracy and management of documents. I began my mobile notary signing agent business January 2021 and performed 107 mortgage closings in the first year. I perform closings for refinance, purchase, sell, loan modifications, reverse, and HELOCS. I execute great closings to prevent funding conditions and ship documents in a timely manner. I be sure to only give general description of mortgage documents to prevent unauthorized practice of law and properly correct mistakes and/or errors. I effectively communicate with mortgage professionals and signers and I conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
