I scrutinize each and every document to make sure that dates, figures, signatures and initials are properly filled out and complete. I also triple-check key docs such as 1003 and Notice of Right to Cancel are accurate and complete.

If there is ever a mistake, I will fix it on the spot.

The docs will be returned quickly, on time as soon as the signing is finished (I know all the local FedEx drop times). And I will always keep you informed throughout the entire process.
