I have a BS in Finance and a MA in Curriculum and Instruction and work in the Financial services industry. This occurred after a logging career that spanned 25 years until I was disabled due to injuries sustained logging. My home is just outside of Potlatch Idaho and I am certified for the State of Idaho and the State of Washington. Coverage area is Latah, Benewah, Bonner, Boundry, Nez Perce, Lewis, Idaho, Shoshone, and Kootenai Counties of the Idaho Panhandle. I am willing to drive as far as is required to get the job done, as distances here are greater than most of the country. I have been working as a Mobile Notary since the spring of 2018. Client comes first; I make sure it is a friendly productive signing. I have found that having the date written down and in plain view, as well as making sure the client understands that the signing must be done to strict standards. This includes having numbers to call if any questions come up. My focus is on making sure everything is done properly the first time. This is important as my goal is for the client to have a seamless, efficient process with all paperwork done properly the first time. A happy satisfied client is always goal number one. With my NNA signing certification, I am able to explain the purpose and significance of the documents to the client. I always inform the client at the beginning that the goal of this appointment is to make sure that the documents are filled out properly and correctly the first time to expedite the process. As we want the process to proceed along as expeditiously as possible. I allow the client to set the pace for the signing and allow as much time as they require making sure they understand the documents to their satisfaction. I have a Washington State commission. The counties within 150 miles are Whitman, Asotin, Adams, Spokane, Franklin, Walla Walla, Lincoln, and Pend O Reille. If it matters to your client, I am fully vacinated for the flu and Covid-19.
