I am available as a Loan Signing Agent. Most of my assignments have come from local title offices directly, although I also work with signing services. I have experience as a Notary Signing Agent with Conventional, FHA and VA loans; Refi's as well as Purchase Packages; Cash Buyer and Seller Packages. I also have experience with Reverse Mortgages. I am very detail oriented. I love what I do and enjoy meeting every single customer! I strive for a positive, enjoyable closing experience for everyone involved! I continue my education through many avenues, including Notary Stars and Bill Soroka's "Sign and Thrive Course and Community" which provides an ongoing and always evolving amount of information regarding all things notary!
