1. Represent you well at the signing table and extend the excellent customer service, care,  and professionalism your clients are accustomed to.

2. Guide your signers through their loan documents.  I will ensure that the signers complete their forms (PCOR, Tax Form 593, Trustee Certification, etc.), so that you don’t have to.

3. Make your file my top priority until it funds - no ifs, ands, or buts!  I understand the immense pressure you’re under to close a file on time and I will do all that I can to help make that happen with the least amount of stress.
