(Charges may apply) *Able to accommodate Loan Document signings on short notice. * I'm located near a FedEx facility that has one of the latest drop-off times, so I'm able to accommodate late in the day signings as late as 6pm, THAT REQUIRE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. FedEx Express next day delivery for East Coast= Drop off cut-off time is 5:00pm, and next day delivery for West Coast= Drop off cut-off time is 7:30pm FedEx Ground next day delivery is 6:00pm for both East & West Coast. *Spanish speaking.
