I am a Notary signing agent in Florida with more than 1,000 error free loan signings. I am commissioned until 2025, bonded, background checked by the NNA, NSA certified (161164793), E&O insured for $250,000 with biBERK, and LSS certified. I serve Lee county, I work 7 days a week from 6AM until 10PM, and I do take last minute signings as well. I am equipped with a laser printer, scanner, and reliable transportation. I strive for zero errors on my signings and I understand the importance of open and fluid communication with the signing service, the timely completion of the signing at the specified date and time, and the prompt scan back, and drop off of signed documents with the specified mailing company. Also, the happiness of the signing customer is my utmost goal. I enjoy being a notary signing agent a lot because it is ideal to have my own schedule and control how successful my business is. The other nice part of this business is to be able to make human connections with clients, vendors, colleagues, and people in general, telling someone you are a notary signing agent is a great ice breaker and conversation starter.
