I am National Notary Association, and Loan Signing System certified independent Mobile Notary and Notary Signing Agent commissioned by the state of Florida. I am a background-screened and bonded Mobile Notary conducting real estate closings consistent with publicized laws and rules. I collaborate with third-party vendors and title companies to meet with signers to facilitate seamless closings.  Work to ensure lenders closing instructions are followed and prompt return of all executed documents as instructed to the client. I have performed numerous closings with proficient knowledge of refinances, reverse mortgage apps, sellers, and purchase packets. Extensive understanding of the Notice of Right to Cancel, USA Patriot, Warranty Deed, etc. Each packet has different forms that require execution to close the transaction.
