I present many years of Banking, Customer Service, and Human Resources experience with a drive to help our community and businesses achieve there goals within truthful guidelines. I have experience as Loan Document Specialist during the Refinance Harp Programs reviewing more than a 100+ loans. During this time I communicated with the customers, Loan Officers, Mortgage Originators, and Underwriters to make sure we all needed to closed the loan with no problems. It was truly satisfying to help so many close on their loans by simply making sure they had all documentation and signatures needed to close with the Underwriters.
