Nora Phillips

Notary Nora LLC is a California company servicing clients in need of general notary services and loan signing.  I have decades of customer service and client privacy training and experience and I am uniquely qualified to assist client in their signings with grace and professionalism and the utmost of privacy controls.

I am a California native and am familiar with my local areas enabling me to efficiently navigate the sometimes tricky traffic to make sure I am on time and ready to get down to business.

My goals in providing notary and loan signing services is to help clients navigate their difficult and important legal situations by providing a knowledgeable and calming atmosphere and directing them to the correct party when their questions are beyond the scope of my defined area of influence.  I understand that the questions and advice that clients may have are beyond my scope and I am happy to pass the reins to those qualified to answer those questions.

Although I am new to the industry, I have decades of practical experience reading and editing documents, speaking to clients of all walks of life and explaining policies and procedures without using industry jargon that may confuse the client.  I will lead the client through the signing process explaining the forms without comment on the details of the financials and referring the client to the appropriate entity if they do have questions or concerns.
