Just a little about myself. I moved here to Kerrville almost 3 years ago from San Antonio. I have also been a notary public
since 2018 and a signing agent since 2020. I have done over 500 signings, not including General Notary work.
I am also NNA certified, and Loan Signing System certified. So, I am saying all of that to let you know that I know my work
and to say that if you ever need a notary because the one or ones you use are out sick or too busy, I am here to help...

sales of real property. Experience with refinance, purchase, seller, HELOC, reverse mortgage applications and reverse
mortgages, Loan Modification, I-9, VA, and commercial loan packages. I am also on a few signing platforms: Notary Cafe,
Snapdocs, Signature Closers, Signing Orders, Maverick Signing. I am now signed up with EscrowTab, Old Republic Title, and that is to
name a few. I also Provide same day delivery to local title companies, if needed. I offer same-day mobile notary service.
After-hours and weekends are available as well. I can notarize documents at any destination of your choice. I provide
service to Bexar and Kerr County & Surrounding Counties. My Notary services are open to the public and private sectors.
