 I'm a full-time Notary Public Signing Agent, NNA certified, NNA Essential certification and took the Loan Signing System extensive course. I like to provide my professional notary loan signing agent service to you. I have a dual tray printer, scanner with 75 sheet capacity, E&O at 1 million, and I have worked in customer service for over 10 years. I serve the county of San Diego, cities/communities of downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Chula Vista, La Mesa, El Cajon, Santee, Mission Valley and Spring Valley. I am familiar with purchase/selling, refinance, heloc, and reverse mortgage just to name a few. I know to give a brief description of the documents and direct where borrowers need to sign and that notarization to be done at the signing appointments. I know to double/triple check the documents immediately after signing and go to the nearest FedEx/Ups facility to drop the docs off before the cut-off time or scan back. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!
