Thank you so much for taking the time out to take a glance at my profile and giving me an opportunity. I've been in banking as a loan processor  for over ten years and understand the importance of each loan signing.  I'm very familiar with Mortgage Loan Documents which includes commercial loans as well. With NNA certification and 100k in Errors and Omissions Insurance I can assure you that your borrowers are in good hands as I believe in giving each borrower a comfortable signing, I give clear communication amongst being detailed oriented. 

I also know how important it is to have strong turn around times with a precise communication not only to the borrowers, but also with escrow officers, title agencies and even the Loan officers as we all have a role to play until the loan fully closes this also  includes SLA. I believe in bringing nothing, but professionalism and I stand for being punctual. I also will accept any late signings Mon-Sun.  

I cover Dallas and all surrounding counties.
