Hello! My name is Nicole Brandon and I am a Washington State NNA Certified and Trained Notary Signing Agent. I take pride in a smooth closing while keeping all of my clients informed along the way. I have been operating as a Mobile Notary since 2019 and have extensive experience in Refinances, Purchases, Sales, HELOC's, Reverse Mortgages as well as the application process for Refinances and Reverse Mortgages. I've completed over 1,200 Closings in 2020 alone and bring satisfaction to every appointment. I love this job, and work hard to make sure every closing I walk away from the signers and YOU feel confident knowing the job was done thoroughly and efficiently! I come with a dual tray printer for letter and legal sized paper, scanning abilities and a mobile printer! I am organized and work well under pressure and am very reliable and dependable.
