*    I'm a retired college professor.  I now work part-time as a mobile notary and I have completed more than 3000 signings.  I always print out and closely review all documents prior to an appointment to insure the signing is done right the first time.  If I have any questions (trustee wording, etc...) I call the signing company and/or the loan/escrow officer prior to the appointment so no errors occur.   

*   I carry a $100,000 Omission & Errors Bond.

*   All "scan backs" are of high quality and in the system within 60 minutes of completing a signing. 

*    I always double tape the outside of the FedEx/UPS envelope to insure it doesn't come open during shipping.  I always drop at an official "drop site" (such as an official "FedEx Office Center") to insure I get a receipt and the package is shipped that day. 

*    I have a 5 star rating with all the signing companies I work for.  I'm available for signings in San Bernardino County, North Orange County, and the east end of L.A. County.  You won't find a more reliable, trustworthy person to complete your notary needs.
