My name is Natasha Hartley, and I am National Notary Association (NNA) certified, trained & background screened. I am a 23-year retired US Army veteran with 16 years of specialized skill in proofreading & executing contract signings for active duty military personnel, which has equipped me to effectively communicate with signers and provide great customer service during the signing process. I have completed the National Notary Association (NNA) Certification as well as the Notary Essentials training. I received additional signing agent certifications through Notary2Pro with Carol Ray, the Loan Signing System (LSS), as well as over 8 hours of signing agent training through the Signing Agent Advanced Training Program with Kendra Lewis. These programs have provided me with a more in-depth understanding of loan and title documents and have equipped me to provide a thorough description of loan documents to the signer.
