With that said, I understand the importance of maintaining the lender and/or hiring firm's reputation, and I understand that the documents that are in my possession are very time sensitive. As your representative, I can guarantee I will always conduct myself in a professional manner. I will follow the instructions as per directed; I will introduce myself once I have accepted an signing; I will call to confirm the date and time of the loan closing with the borrower(s), I will arrive a few minutes early; I will confirm and review the borrower(s) identification; I will review the TILS-RESPA disclosures, note, deed, and right to rescission, if applicable with the borrower(s), I will ensure that the correct documents are signed, initialed and dated; I will double-check documents for any errors, and carefully review documents to ensure that the file is complete; I will follow up with hiring service to confirm closing was completed, I will drop the loan package off the same day, and/or scan back if directed to do so. I will do my very best to ensure my signings are conducted smoothly; however, I am not perfect, and if errors are discovered, I will correct the error immediately.
