Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience.  Having been a software developer for many years it has helped me become detail oriented and double and triple check my work.  I will go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out especially crucial docs such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003. 

I see myself as a business owner and not a signing agent, meaning that I want to build relationships.  Part of building relationships is being accountable.  If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP!

I am a professional and will always show up to an appointment on time, dress appropriately and conduct myself in a manner that will represent not only myself but everyone involved in the transaction in an exemplary form.
