I am a full-time Certified Notary Public and Signing Agent, trained and background screened with the State of Oregon, and a member of the NNA. My past experience working in Oregon and Washington as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser has established me as a trusted unbiased third-party facilitator within the lending and real estate transaction process. I previously worked with Northwest Residential Appraisal (NE Portland), and Winn Appraisal Services (Lake Oswego), and later opened my own appraisal company, Harbinger Appraisal that I oversaw as sole proprietor for over 10 years. I am very familiar with the needs and time-sensitive nature of the lending industry, and I’m excited to extend my services again as a Notary Signing Agent.
