Hi! I am a mortgage broker and mobile notary signing agent who's completed over 150 loan signings. I am based in the Tampa Bay Area (Counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco). I have a dual tray printer and mobile scanner to print out packages and submit scan backs as soon as a closing is complete. 

My mission is to act as a professional extension of your company by making sure the signers have a positive experience at the closing table. As your signing agent, I prioritize each signing as an impartial yet educated notary. My experience in the real estate industry advantageously allows me to briefly explain the loan documents to borrowers; however, I will proactively reach out to the appropriate party to facilitate any questions the signers may have.

I have a certification as a signing agent from LSS and I am NNA certified with an E&O insurance of 1 mill. Please note, I strive to create a seamless process for both the borrowers and signing service by communicating with each party throughout the entire process and performing error free signings.
