As a Loan Signing System trained and NNA trained and certified Notary with well over 1,000 closings of various types under my belt, I understand the frustrations of real estate professionals of every stripe and that is why I go the extra mile to ensure that all docs are filled out (by the signer(s) if possible) and that all signatures, initials, and dates are not missed. I am a US Navy veteran who’s had attention to detail drilled into me and I employ this with my triple-check method on each file assigned to me. My Navy service also taught me to never be late, so I am at least 15 minutes early to every appointment, which I also call and schedule with the signer(s.) Additionally, I am proud to report that I earned the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business designation and as a veteran, I have a heart for service to my fellow vets and because of this, I specialize in VA loans. I know that I am an extension of the organization who assigned me a client and I represent you as professionally as I am able in all regards from my manner of dress to taking the time to walk signers through docs and answering any questions they may have. I am also huge on accountability and in the rare event that I miss something, or some other error is made, I will address that situation at my earliest ability with no excuses.

I am equipped with a dual tray laser printer, allowing me to print docs of any size.. I also make every effort to get docs dropped with FedEx (or other carrier) the same day and I do scan backs on every file the same day.
