I will represent you in a very professional manner. Every document will be completed and properly filled out. I understand how imperative it is to double and triple check that all signatures, dates, initials and very important documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 are filled out accurately. If by chance there is a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and fix it immediately. Nothing is more important than ensuring my mistakes are made correct. I recognize the urgency of returning documents promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. I prepare documents meticulously for FedEx/UPS shipping so there are no accidents during the process. I am willing to travel almost anywhere including but not limited to all of the following counties: Riverside, Los Angeles, Imperial, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego. I have exceptional communication skills and will communicate with you during the entire process. I am well trained and am certified through the Loan Signing System and National Notary Association.
