As a detail oriented, pro-active notarial professional, I strive to complete each notarial act accurately, thoroughly and on time. A full-time notary, I am commissioned with the state of Washington, a member of the National Notary Association and a Certified Notary Signing Agent.  Additionally, I am certified as a Loan Signing Agent through Notary2Pro and serve the greater Seattle Metro. 

Communication is key with both the signers and the lender or agency when questions arise. I have the unique skills necessary to make people feel comfortable, set out expectations and efficiently complete the notarization.    

In this fast-paced world, I understand the urgency in which loan docs must be signed, triple checked for errors and promptly scanned back and shipped. Any unintended errors must be corrected quickly to facilitate the loan closing.

I am background screened, bonded, carry $100,000 E&O insurance, and am fully vaccinated.

Although I am new to the profession, I have been working with people in their homes for years as an Organizer and as a Real Estate Investor I am familiar with the documents.
