I carry $100,000 in E&O insurance.  I have successfully completed over 1200 loan closings and work with several Title companies and signing services as their top preferred notary.  I have experience with all types of closings. Buyers, sellers, (including full real estate closings) refinances, VA loans, FHA loans as well as Reverse mortgages. I also have experience with PoA signings, loans closing in a Trust and with Personal Representatives for estates.
