I am an educated Loan Signing Service Agent who knows how to walk a borrower through the closing and I know how to fill out a PCOR, NRTC, 1003 and seller packages, Trust Certifications or disbursements of proceeds but more importantly on how they are filled out properly. I make sure to drop the documents to FedEx on time for next day delivery. I make sure not to miss any signatures, initials or dates and I am willing to work any hour to get the job done!
