I have 12 years experience as a notary public with 9 years as a signing agent certified with NNA. In 2019 I changed my commission to Melissa Davies, when I went back to my maiden name. I work directly with an Escrow company and a local bank, though I am hoping to find additional clients as time permits. My experience surrounds real estate documents, including purchases, refinance  and HELOC Signings with an occasional grant deed by itself when necessary. 

Being a Signing Agent is my primary occupation so I am very responsible and will not let you down. I am extremely professional. I am also responsible, knowledgeable, punctual and personable. Many of my clients are repeat customers or referrals. I have $25k E & O insurance but can increase it if needed. I’ve included many letters of reference from Independent loan officers that have used my services. 

I am available for signings in the Riverside, Orange County and LA areas. I’ve lived in OC most my life. I’m centrally located for any job. I have a toner printer and I can return loan docs the same day from most locations, even late at night if you have a Dropbox. I can also do FED-Ex or UPS drops if needed.

I am available anytime, but I prefer 11 am to 11pm any day of the week. Three hours notice is sufficient but often book up to a week in advance. Thank you for your business and I look forward to working with you and your clients.
