I have completed my certification for a loan signing agent with the National Notary Association. I have also successfully passed the background check through the National Notary Association. I established a mobile notary service to assure clients receive accurate documentation. I pride myself on my professionalism and accuracy with every client, whether it's a title company, lender, escrow, or a signing service. My notary services are available to residences, law offices, real estate companies, title and escrow companies, hospitals, extended care facilities, retirement homes, and banks. I am very professional, reasonable and flexible and I look forward to working with you. I will also assist in Last will and Testaments, Durable Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive. I do live in the Kenai/Soldotna area but willing to travel to other parts of Alaska for an additional fee.
