Hello! My name is Melika Razavi, and I am a professional Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent proudly serving Houston &San Antonio, Texas and along with surrounding areas. My notarial journey began in 2021 when I was first commissioned in another state. After relocating, I received my Texas commission in 2022 and have continued to build my experience with a focus on professionalism, precision, and client-centered service.

I am NNA Certified, bonded, insured, and currently in the process of becoming RON (Remote Online Notarization) approved to offer secure and convenient online notarizations. I specialize in a range of services including Estate Planning documents, Apostille processing, and Real Estate Transactions such as refinances, purchases, seller packages, HELOCs, and loan modifications. I also assist with general notary work including Powers of Attorney, affidavits, and medical directives.
