I'm a Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent and I pride myself in providing and conducting a professional signing experience. I present myself in professional attire for each appointment and I arrive on time!

I am able to complete closings, refinances, asset funding, loan applications, cash out, seller purchase, reverse mortgages and I am knowledgeable with all associated documents. I am astute in all notary laws, and strictly adhere to them when representing my clients. I am comfortable summarizing each document within the guidelines of a signing agent. If needed during the signing, I reach out to the Lender or Title Company.

I carry $100,000 in Errors and Omissions Insurance.
I have a current background screening through the National Notary Association (NNA).
I have met the requirements to oversee loan signings and actively pursue additional education as necessary.

My schedule is flexible between 8:00am - 8:00pm daily Monday - Sunday. My service area is comprised of zip codes near Downtown Houston, Medical Center, Memorial, The Galleria, Pearland, Sugarland, Manvel, and Rosharon. & League City.
