Melanie Pilkinton

My name is Melanie Pilkinton, I am a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent in the state of Georgia.  I am NNA certified, and background checked, carrying $25,000 of errors and omissions insurance.  I am extremely detail oriented, and any loans that I close will meet the highest standards.  

I come from a background as a real estate closing coordinator, therefore, even before my training as a loan signing agent,I have had a good bit of experience with real estate documents.

For your reference, I serve the following counties in Georgia:  Ben Hill, Bleckley, Coffee, Dodge, Jeff Davis, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Toombs, Twiggs, Wheeler, and Wilcox.  I will occasionally go further, depending on the situation.
