I’m a professional notary with over 7 years experience. I obtained my commission in October 2013 and have notarized many residential and commercial loan transactions from several hundred thousand to tens of millions. As a day job I am involved in commercial real estate development, specializing primarily in retail shopping centers. I also am skilled with industrial and office transaction.. I am very familiar with all of the documents affiliated with loan signings and have a unique, empathetic perspective as someone who frequently sides on the transaction. I strive to treat every client as family and am willing to go above and beyond to give everyone a first-class signing experience. My phone is always on. I live in San Diego and am willing to do signings within a 45 minutes drive of central San Diego.
