Mary Fisher

I am a Florida-based notary enjoying a second career as an entrepreneur/notary/loan signing agent after a 35-year career practicing law in NY and NJ.  I worked as an an in house attorney for a regional bank and a subprime mortgage lender then called Popular Financial Holdings, Inc./Equity One, a US subsidiary of Banco Popular.  In addition I worked in law firms doing commercial litigation, foreclosure, commercial loan documents and some closing, collection, etc.  As a result of my background, I have a broad knowledge of real estate and lending and legal documents. I am a mature, experienced, client-focused and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. My background, skills, and professional but empathetic demeanor allows signers to feel confident and assured throughout the signing process, while title company, signing services or attorney clients can count on receiving quality, competent service and error free documents.
