I am a notary signing agent that does signings with all walks of life. I pride myself on being on time and fully equipped with the necessary documents needed and the right tools for the signing as well. I've had some course training with notary2notary to sharpen my skills as a (NSA) to better give me understanding on documents such as. Refinance, Seller side closings, Purchase closings, Reverse mortgage, H.E.L.O.C, and loan modifications. I believe 100% that communication is key. So me keeping in contact with the loan officer on hand would play an important role in a successful signing and a confident and happy signer. Some of my strong points are I take my time and go threw all the documents to make sure I have the proper signatures on each page if needed. I keep documents in order as they are sent I send them back the same exact way. When it comes to shipping documents I believe in shipping the docs right after the signing but if its late and Fedex or UPS is closed I will ship the docs first thing in the morning. I also have liability Insurance with Biberk its a 1,000,000 dollar policy so I'm covered in case of an event. I would love to be your go to guy please let me know if I can help...
