I am very detail oriented and truly understand the need for accuracy and timely performance. I have a flexible schedule which accommodates last minute assignments and I have excellent time management skills. I have been performing as a mobile notary signing agent for the past 2 months and have assisted more than 30 clients for whom I have notarized wills, power of attorney, contracts, deeds and affidavits.

·       I am NNA and LSS trained and certified.

·       I have passed the NNA Background Check.

·       I have $100,000 E&O Insurance coverage.

·       I was a licensed Texas Real Estate agent for over 10 years during which regularly reviewed closing documents for home buyer, sellers, veterans, buyer, seller, refinancing and HELOC transactions.

·       When difficult or questionable situations occur, I will never hesitate to call for direction or specific instructions.

·       Printing large loan packages, then scanning them back for review is not a problem as I have invested in a fast 2-drawer laser printer and a high-speed document scanner.

While 100% mistake free loan package processing is always the goal, mistakes do happen. If I make a mistake, I will make every effort to correct it immediately.
