I am very thorough and I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. If on a very rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP. The documents will be returned properly and on time as soon as the signing is complete . I know all of my FedEx and UPS drop off times and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
