I've been a Notary Public for about 8 years.  I've completed over 4,000 Real Estate packages.  I'm experienced with many signings including: Commerical, Buyer & Seller, Reverse Mortgage, Refinance, Time Share Package, Mobile Home purchase and sale, HELOC, VA Loans and Hard Money Loans.  I've also completed over 350 Trust Signings as well as general notary work.  

I am NNA background checked and certified and carry $15K surety bond and $100K EO insurance.
